Insurance
Theft or damage to goods in transit can happen at any time due to various circumstances and
you, as the owner or the transporter of the goods, may be left out of pocket
Provincial Logistics GIT Insurance offers an excellent load cover - which gives you complete
peace of mind that your business will be covered for loss or damage to items being transported
by road to and/or from the specified business address.
• GIT cover included of R1.5 mil
• Contractors all risk to a max of R1.5mil GIT
• GIT Contingent cover of R1.5 mil
• Public liability cover of R20mil
Fleet&Flexibility
Flexibility is key to the success of Provincial Logistics to cater for all our clients’
requirements.We constantly rejuvenate our fleet, in short, we can supply:

Provincial Logistics offers a comprehensive fleet enhanced by a pool of carefully
selected and highly skilled drivers and crew providing customer service of the highest
levels.
SECURITY & TRACKING SYSTEMS
Live tracking systems are used to improve driver behavior as well as improve security.
All operators have an additional screen with full fleet tracking system where each vehicle in the
Provincial fleet has a tracking unit as well as a backup unit installed. Each unit is linked to the
central tracking system where Tracking Controllers have visibility of the location of each vehicle.
Each driver has contact with the operator Via Tomtom GPS tablet and his allocated Route
Supervisor via cell phone for back up purposes.
Throughout every trip, a tracking report can also be pulled from the tracking system where the
route of the vehicle is shown as well as the behavior of the driver in terms of speed, harsh
breaking, any stops made and over revving. These reports can be pulled from the system during
as well as after a trip.Vehicles is also equipped with live camera footage to monitor our drivers.
